Details

The semi-automatic fitting winding machine is consisted from the hydraulic power assisted system , spindle rotating system and the  swing arm system. The spindle is driven by a variable frequency motor, and the swing arm is driven by hydraulic cylinders. The resin bath is fixed on the swing arm and moved as the arm moving round the fitting tooling to finish the winding process.
