The hydraulic fitting demoulding machine

The hydraulic fitting demoulding machine is consisted from the lift platform, rotating system and hydraulic station. The lift platform includes the inner cylindrical tube, outer platform, hydraulic cylinder. The rotating system include the spindle, the gear box and the joint. Before fitting demoulding, fix the fitting and its tooling onto the lift platform then connect the collet and clamp the fitting tooling tightly. Start the rotating of spindle to remove the  tooling out of the fitting.
